Maintenance Technician (Part-Time)

What you'll do

• Assist with routine maintenance, repairs, and improvements to building spaces, utilities, equipment, vehicles, and grounds
• perform janitorial and housekeeping tasks
• assist with facility security systems
• move materials
• set up and break down event spaces
• support opening and closing procedures
• address tenant maintenance needs
• provide coverage during operating hours when staff are unavailable.
