What you'll do

• Prepare and submit client invoices according to contract terms and schedules
• ensure accurate billing of labor, expenses, subcontractors, and modifications
• maintain billing records and supporting documents
• submit invoices through client portals and resolve issues
• monitor receivables and assist collections
• address billing questions and discrepancies
• track unbilled receivables
• support project setup and onboarding
• code and route subcontractor invoices
• assist with cash receipts, reconciliations, reporting, closeout, audits, and compliance reviews.
