Registered Nurse (RN) Traveler - Solutions By Sanford - Bismarck OB - Full-Time Straight Nights. This is an onsite position located in Fullerton, ND. The salary range is $3010 - $3794 per week. This role exists to provide individualized nursing care to patients using the nursing process, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient management and to support the mission of Solutions By Sanford.

What you'll do

• Utilize the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency and practice within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Provide care in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Responsible for planning and coordination of care, patient assessment, patient education, triage, and other nursing interventions.
• Function within the scope and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Experience

At least one year of experience. At least six months of travel experience.
