What you'll do

• Advise clients on liability, litigation, and legal rights and obligations
• manage cases from pleadings through trial preparation
• supervise associates and staff
• conduct trial proceedings and represent clients in court or before agencies
• research and interpret laws and regulations
• gather and evaluate evidence
• develop case strategies
• draft briefs, memoranda, and pleadings
• manage deadlines and assignments
• meet the annual 1,950 billable-hour requirement.
