What you'll do

• Sweep and mop floors
• wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food preparation surfaces
• remove trash
• transfer supplies and equipment
• assist with banquet and front-of-house setup
• help load, unload, and deliver supplies
• distribute utensils and equipment
• comply with sanitation and safety requirements.
