What you'll do

• Develop production-oriented LLM features, retrieval systems, workflow automations, and APIs
• evaluate and serve appropriately licensed open-weight models on private or customer-controlled infrastructure
• integrate approved business data
• build ingestion, indexing, embedding, retrieval, and citation workflows with access controls
• test quality, groundedness, latency, cost, and failure modes
• implement deployment pipelines, observability, error handling, versioning, rollback, and documentation
• apply security safeguards
• participate in code reviews and mentor engineers as the team grows.
