What you'll do

• Lead estimating efforts for complex projects
• analyze drawings, specifications, proposals, and related documents
• prepare time, cost, and labor estimates and quantity takeoffs
• apply unit pricing
• prepare value engineering and risk analyses, qualifications, assumptions, cost comparisons, budgets, and GMPs
• manage subcontractor solicitation and selection
• and ensure bid and estimate quality.
