What you'll do

• Answer incoming customer calls
• order parts for customers, stores, and warehouses
• schedule sales orders, exchanges, credit memos, and in-home repairs
• follow up with customers
• process cancellations and reschedule deliveries
• and contact customers to schedule furniture deliveries.
