What you'll do

• Lead development and monitoring of SBU strategic and annual operating plans
• oversee SBU activities, talent, capital planning, and facilities
• guide product roadmaps and market analysis
• oversee dealer development
• drive safety, quality, delivery, cost reduction, working capital, and production planning improvements
• oversee ISO quality systems, procurement, and capital requirements
• support mergers and acquisitions where possible.
