Life Enrichment Assistant

The Life Enrichment Assistant role is onsite in Ypsilanti, MI, full-time, with every other weekend required. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Assist with planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating activity programs
• encourage and motivate residents through activities such as chair yoga, dance circle, seasonal crafts, pet visits, and outings
• support resident independence and highest level of functioning
• document attendance, behavior, and involvement weekly for the supervisor
• assist with range-of-motion and therapeutic exercises to restore mobility.
