Product Manager

The Product Manager role is onsite in Washington, DC, with compensation of $105,000–$140,000 per year. Agile Defense supports a Department of Homeland Security U.S. Customs and Border Protection program delivering mission-critical digital capabilities. This role connects mission needs, user experience, technology, and delivery by translating stakeholder and user needs into product direction and prioritized work. It guides capabilities from discovery through delivery and improvement, helping the multidisciplinary team deliver outcomes that serve customers and users.

What you'll do

• Work with CBP stakeholders and users to understand operational needs and outcomes
• partner with UX practitioners on discovery and research
• translate findings into product goals and requirements
• develop and prioritize the product backlog, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• collaborate with UX and technical leads to break down work
• balance user needs, mission priorities, technical feasibility, security, and delivery constraints
• support Agile planning, collaboration, and delivery.
