Sales Support Coordinator

What you'll do

• Receive, review, and enter customer orders
• check purchase orders and requirements for accuracy
• confirm material specifications, quantities, dimensions, delivery requirements, and instructions
• respond to customer inquiries
• provide order status, production updates, and shipping information
• coordinate with Operations, Shipping, and Logistics
• communicate changes, delays, shortages, and issues
• help resolve concerns and discrepancies
• maintain customer and order records
• monitor orders through shipment
• follow up on missing information
• support Sales with customer service and order administration
• identify customer needs and relay opportunities to Sales
• follow company policies and safety procedures.
