Senior Assembly Operator

The Senior Assembly Operator role is onsite in Butler, PA, with pay of $20 per hour. The schedule is Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m. The role supports production assembly for Collide, part of Propelis Group, which provides brand activation solutions across print, promotional, digital, and fabrication services. The operator leads assembly production, operates equipment, monitors product quality, and helps meet standard output levels. This work supports reliable production and delivery of the company’s brand activation solutions.

What you'll do

• Maintain production outputs to standards or better
• perform assigned assembly work
• operate assembly equipment as required
• visually inspect production for defects
• oversee regular attendance and professionalism
• perform additional duties as assigned.
