The senior technical and design leader owns major portions of electrical project delivery, guides engineering strategy, and supports technical quality across teams. The role leads electrical design and documentation, interdisciplinary coordination, client relationships, quality reviews, and mentorship.
What you'll do
- Lead design and documentation of complex electrical systems from concept through construction
- approve and apply electrical calculations
- direct and standardize electrical Revit models and workflows
- coordinate with other design disciplines
- lead client and consultant coordination
- review submittals and respond to RFIs
- conduct construction observations and field reporting
- develop system strategies and QA/QC plans
- mentor engineers and designers
- support training, staffing, fee development, and technical meetings.
