It also provides guidance to Clerk 1 staff and assists county departments, property owners, and other stakeholders with records and information.

What you'll do

• Plan, assign, review, and supervise clerical staff processing construction cards, permit cards, property legal records, and legal descriptions
• train and assist Property Appraiser Clerk 1 staff
• maintain productivity and workload logs
• audit changes in ownership, addresses, exemptions, improvements, and subdivisions
• confer with attorneys and surveyors about title instruments and legal-description discrepancies
• assist county departments, agencies, attorneys, developers, and the public
• compile records for review.
