The Cafe Chef leads daily culinary execution and back-of-house operations, developing team members and maintaining consistent food quality. The role supports memorable guest experiences across in-restaurant dining, delivery, and catering while managing food cost, waste, labor, and inventory.

What you'll do

• Lead daily culinary execution and back-of-house operations
• maintain pars and food quality
• partner with front- and back-of-house teams
• coordinate equipment upkeep, kitchen cleanliness, and compliance with ServSafe practices, HACCP logs, and allergen protocols
• manage ordering, inventory, food cost, waste, labor, and inventory turns
• train and validate team members
• support front-of-house operations as needed.
