The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Gwynn Oak, Maryland, with services delivered in clients’ homes, schools, or daycare settings. Compensation is $27–$32 per hour. Neurosprout ABA provides applied behavior analysis therapy to clients. The technician provides one-to-one ABA therapy by implementing treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, documenting client progress, and collaborating with families and team members to support client success.
