What you'll do

• Operate CNC milling and turning machines
• load and unload parts, set fixtures, and verify alignment
• follow setup sheets and production instructions
• inspect parts with precision measuring tools
• perform setups and establish work and tool offsets
• adjust speeds and feeds
• edit or create G-code programs for process optimization
• interpret blueprints and GD&T
• troubleshoot surface finish, tool wear, and dimensional issues
• maintain machine cleanliness and perform minor maintenance
• and collaborate with lead machinists, engineers, and quality inspectors.
