What you'll do

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu
• maintain cash receipts and meal records
• assist manager in completing daily reports
• ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner
• serve food according to meal schedules
• use and care of kitchen equipment
• add garnishments
• coordinate and assist in major cleaning of kitchen equipment
• adhere to food safety regulations
• maintain a clean and organized work area.
