What you'll do

• Provide patient care within the scope of the applicable license
• schedule appointments, coordinate procedures, referrals, pre-certifications, prescription call-ins, and phone triage
• document patient histories, complaints, and medications
• prepare patients for examinations and perform routine screening tests
• provide patient instructions and education
• administer medications with physician authorization
• handle refill requests and prior authorizations
• triage emergency situations.
