What you'll do

• Supervise swimmers and maintain awareness of the pool and surrounding areas
• respond appropriately to emergencies
• enforce pool rules and safety policies
• perform regular safety checks
• keep the pool deck and surrounding areas clean and organized
• communicate with members, parents, swimmers, and coworkers
• work with swim instructors and aquatics staff
• attend required training and maintain certifications.
