The Treatment Technician, Behavioral Health role is onsite in Bothell, WA, with multiple shifts available: 7:30 a.m.–6 p.m., 1 p.m.–11:30 p.m., or 10 p.m.–8 a.m.; the posting specifies four 10-hour shifts per week. Compensation is $20–$23 per hour. Hotel California by the Sea is a dual-diagnosis drug and alcohol treatment center focused on supporting clients’ long-term recovery. The technician provides general support and mentoring while helping maintain a safe, orderly treatment environment. The role supports client participation, observes and reports relevant concerns, and assists with daily operations in coordination with operations and clinical staff.

What you'll do

• Maintain a clean, sanitary, safe, and secure environment
• welcome and orient new clients
• conduct property inventories and searches as needed
• support compliance with program rules
• assist client participation and engagement
• observe medication self-administration and conduct urine drug and breath alcohol screenings per policy
• monitor and report client concerns
• complete shift reports
• transport clients when necessary and appropriate
• attend required training
• protect confidential health information.
