What you'll do

• Complete four to six weeks of one-on-one paid mentorship
• transition to solo regional driving in an assigned 2026 Freightliner Cascadia
• transport no-touch dry-van freight, mostly drop-and-hook
• average approximately 2,500 miles per week
• comply with DOT/FMCSA requirements and maintain a satisfactory driving record.
