What you'll do

• Prepare and review client invoices and supporting documents
• resolve billing discrepancies
• support budgets and financial reporting
• monitor costs and identify variances and risks
• maintain project and billing records
• monitor outstanding invoices and assist with collections
• coordinate with project managers and finance
• attend meetings and provide reports
• support compliance and workflow improvements.
