What you'll do

• Lead four retail outlets and pantry operations
• develop two salaried managers and approximately 50 hourly union associates
• oversee foodservice quality, hospitality, efficiency, and consistency
• serve as primary client partner
• manage profitability, P&L, budgets, purchasing, inventory, labor, and cost controls
• recruit, coach, and mentor teams
• direct safety, sanitation, food safety, and facility maintenance
• improve guest experience and operational results.
