What you'll do

• Develop case strategy
• conduct legal research
• draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• manage written discovery
• take and defend depositions
• appear before state and federal courts
• work with clients, partners, and opposing counsel
• contribute to resolution through negotiation, motion practice, arbitration, and trial.
