What you'll do

• Oversee billing, collections, accounts payable, payroll, and resident accounts
• prepare and reconcile financial records, cash controls, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and statements
• track departmental expenses and budgets and prepare reports
• maintain resident, vendor, team member, and financial files
• resolve billing matters with residents and families
• lead recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR records
• advise department leaders on employee relations and performance management
• oversee engagement and safety initiatives
• supervise, train, and coach concierge staff
• apply corporate policies and internal controls.
