The Closing Shift Leader role is onsite in Bozeman, MT. The posting states base pay of $20–$21 per hour plus $3 per hour in tips. The role supports Qdoba’s restaurant operations and guest service. The shift leader manages restaurant operations with or in the absence of the Restaurant Manager, coaches and evaluates employees, and helps maintain food quality, guest service, safety, cleanliness, and operational performance. The role also supports sales growth and cost and budget goals.

What you'll do

• Manage restaurant operations during shifts
• train, develop, coach, and evaluate employees
