The Principal Signal Integrity Engineer is an onsite role based in Boise, ID. This position supports the Interface Pathfinding team at Micron Technology, a world leader in memory and storage solutions. This role exists to perform original signal integrity analysis for high-speed interface innovations. The engineer will lead interconnect modeling, substrate evaluation, and link budgeting to enable high-confidence product adoption.
What you'll do
- Own the generation and validation of interconnect models.
- Lead SI assessment of forward-looking packaging technologies.
- Drive SI analysis during feasibility studies.
- Develop design rules and establish sim-to-silicon correlation methodologies.
