What you'll do

• Lead hotel renovation and capital improvement projects from planning through turnover
• oversee site meetings, punch lists, contractors, and schedules
• review construction drawings and specifications
• coordinate designers, architects, procurement agents, and ownership
• manage orders, shop drawings, approvals, and logistics
• develop and reconcile budgets
• review invoices and change orders
• communicate project updates
• coordinate with officials and inspectors
• conduct East Coast site visits and monitor quality and safety.
