Solutions Consultant

Job overview

The Solutions Consultant role is onsite at the company’s San Francisco, CA headquarters. Compensation is $150,000–$200,000 OTE (base plus variable), plus equity. The role supports Levelpath’s AI procurement platform for enterprise customers. The consultant guides customers from tailored demonstrations and proof-of-concept work through implementation and go-live, then hands them to Customer Success. The role connects customer needs to platform value and brings feedback to Product and Engineering to support adoption and product improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead custom demonstrations for procurement, finance, legal, and IT stakeholders
• support proofs of concept, proofs of value, and pilots
• partner with Account Executives
• run implementations from kickoff to go-live
• guide customers on best practices and document them
• relay customer feedback and success metrics to Product and Engineering
• help build team processes and systems.
