What you'll do

• Lead process-improvement workstreams
• interview stakeholders and research current processes
• analyze data, including SQL queries, and recommend actions
• map and document processes
• identify breakdowns and efficiency improvements
• train users and technical teams on dashboards, APIs, and tools
• troubleshoot
• improve data capture and collaborate with software teams on table structure
• use automation where appropriate.
