What you'll do

• Maintain switches, firewalls, VLANs, wireless access points, and WAN/LAN connectivity
• coordinate infrastructure projects and vendors
• escalate complex technical issues
• administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• monitor and troubleshoot networks
• manage server patching and capacity
• oversee AV and conferencing systems
• coordinate hardware procurement and asset lifecycle
• support audits and provide IT assistance to tenants and internal teams.
