What you'll do

  • Assess housing barriers and client-specific housing options
  • liaise with staff, families, advocates, and housing agencies. Document client progress, maintain the housing resource board, and meet with respite clients at admission to assess housing needs and establish immediate and longer-term goals. Communicate needs and delegate tasks to team members as appropriate.
