• Coordinate and respond to resident and management work orders

• manage supplies and preventive maintenance
• maintain records and safety programs
• oversee unit inspections and key control
• direct and monitor maintenance staff and vendors
• train and schedule staff
• participate in on-call emergencies and weekend work.
