What you'll do

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene
• help residents prepare for and travel to medical appointments and activity or social programs
• check and record vital signs, weight, and height as instructed
• report variances to the Charge Nurse
• respond to call lights and check on residents unable to call for help
• perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed
• and assist residents with walking as directed.
