What you'll do

• Assist clients with activities of daily living and personal care
• provide light housekeeping
• plan and prepare meals
• offer conversation and companionship
• assist with mobility and transfer equipment as needed
• assist with medication
• provide dementia or Alzheimer’s care
• communicate with the Client Care Coordinator as needed
• document shifts and care electronically.
