Counter Sales Associate

The Counter Sales Associate role is onsite in Eagle, ID. Pay is $16.00 per hour. The associate is the primary point of contact for NAPA’s retail and wholesale customers, helping them identify and obtain the parts they need. The role supports store sales and customer experience by understanding customer needs, locating correct parts, resolving issues, and maintaining the store’s appearance and merchandise. It also assists with receiving and stocking incoming products.
