This role exists to lead a dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional service through product knowledge and athlete engagement across footwear and apparel. The Team Captain coaches teammates, drives sales, and ensures athletes find the right products for performance and style.

What you'll do

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating needs and providing knowledgeable product information.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards.
• Promote company programs including loyalty, warranty, and credit card enrollment.
• Contribute to 30-60-90 day business plans.
• Supervise teammates, manage schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention policies.
