What you'll do

• Respond to client questions by email and telephone
• troubleshoot issues in the isolved HCM system
• assist with payroll processing, tax filing, and compliance
• help ensure accurate client data and timely payroll processing
• assist with internal and external reports
• escalate unresolved issues
• manipulate and import client data
• meet response and resolution times
• participate in client meetings as required.
