What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, hair and skin care, and feeding
• provide medication reminders, exercise, ambulation, and transfer assistance
• perform meal preparation, laundry, and housekeeping as needed
• provide emotional support
• accompany clients to appointments, walks, and social functions
• observe and report changes
• document care.
