What you'll do

• Set up subcontracts and purchase orders in the job cost system
• process invoices and change orders
• maintain vendor records and verify tax IDs and remittance addresses
• schedule and prepare checks
• resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
• review vendor statements
• match project revenues and expenses
• obtain lien waivers and compliance documents
• follow up on outstanding invoices
• support sales and use tax compliance, variance analysis, audits, and annual 1099 processing.
