Cabinet Designer — Sales Representative

The Cabinet Designer — Sales Representative role is a full-time, onsite retail position in Sterling, CO; pay is $18 per hour plus commission. Mead Lumber supplies building products to professional contractors, builders, and remodelers and is 100% employee-owned. The representative works with customers and contractors to plan cabinet projects, create layouts, select products, and coordinate orders and timelines. The role supports successful project completion through accurate measurements, product recommendations, order coordination, and customer service.

What you'll do

• Discuss project needs, budgets, and timelines
• create and revise cabinet layouts
• assist with style, color, finish, and hardware selections
• verify measurements
• prepare recommendations and quotes
• review plans and selections with customers
• order materials
• coordinate availability and delivery schedules
• communicate project updates
• resolve order discrepancies
• maintain project records
• and use design software and Excel.
