The Caregiver, One-on-One In-Home Care role is onsite in clients’ homes in San Francisco, CA; pay is $25 per hour. The role provides non-medical, one-on-one care to one client at a time, typically in 8–12-hour shifts. The schedule is Sunday–Wednesday or Thursday–Saturday, and travel between same-day visits may occur.

What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living and instrumental activities, including personal care, transfers, bathing, dressing, incontinence care, medication reminders, and hand hygiene.
• Complete care notes, communicate changes or concerns to the RN Care Ambassador or care coordination team, maintain a reliable schedule, and follow HIPAA policies.
• The posting requires at least five years of professional or personal caregiving experience, equivalent education or clinical hands-on experience, and a registered Home Care Aide in good standing in California.
