The Pharmacist role is onsite in Pensacola, FL, with compensation of $126,800–$131,000 per year. The pharmacist supports Everwell Specialty Pharmacy’s pharmacy operations and technician team. The role exists to oversee pharmacy operations, develop and monitor technicians, and help ensure compounded and traditional medications are processed and delivered with accuracy and quality. It includes applying USP 795 and 800 compounding knowledge, consulting with patients and providers, and managing workflow, inventory, and supplies.

What you'll do

• Direct and oversee pharmacy and technician operations in the applicable department
• train, develop, and monitor staff
• apply compounding techniques outlined in USP 795 and 800
• process prescriptions using pharmacy software
• consult with patients and providers about compounded and traditional medications
• manage inventory and supplies
• prepare compounded medications to acceptable quality, strength, and purity with appropriate packaging and labeling in accordance with good pharmacy practices, state regulations, and PCAB standards.
