What you'll do

• Lead staff engaged in selling, servicing, and repairing vehicles
• train and coach employees on repair, maintenance, and customer service
• schedule front- and back-shop employees
• review sales and performance records and implement improvement strategies
• manage inventory and requisitions for equipment, parts, and tires
• maintain the facility
• recommend and execute personnel actions
• ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
