What you'll do

• Support strategic planning and program-wide execution
• coordinate action items and cross-functional tasks
• prepare and route correspondence, reports, briefs, and decision documents
• maintain integrated plans, schedules, and risk artifacts
• facilitate schedule reviews and risk analysis
• coordinate meetings, events, and travel
• support fleet, partner-nation, and interagency integration
• monitor execution and recommend mitigations
• and prepare leadership updates and presentations.

Why this role
