What you'll do

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management
• conduct routine and random unarmed patrols of common areas, parking facilities, entrances, and perimeter areas
• monitor access points
• report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns
• respond to incidents and alarms according to protocols
• and prepare accurate activity, incident, and shift reports.
