The Press Operator role is onsite in Southampton, PA. Compensation is not specified. The position works in the AdvantaFlex mold shop to meet daily production requirements as directed by the Production Supervisor. The operator runs injection molding equipment and inspects tooling and molded parts to support quality production. The role records production information, maintains cleanroom conditions, and follows work instructions and specifications for downstream manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Set up, operate, and shut down injection molding machines in an ISO Class VII cleanroom
• inspect molds, tooling, and molded parts
• label parts for downstream operations
• follow work instructions and controlled drawings
• record batch information, run times, and output
• maintain cleanroom housekeeping
• measure parts and apply tolerances
• troubleshoot manufacturing-process problems.
