Seasonal Sales Associate

The Seasonal Sales Associate role is onsite in Nashville, TN, with compensation of $15–$17 per hour. UNTUCKit’s store team helps customers find products and creates positive shopping experiences. This seasonal position supports store sales and customer service by offering product and styling recommendations, maintaining the sales floor, and assisting with merchandising, replenishment, and store operations. Associates must be available Thursday through Sunday, including Black Friday, Thanksgiving weekend, and Christmas week, through December 27, 2026; schedules may be up to 20 hours weekly, with shifts of at least four hours.

What you'll do

• Welcome and assist customers
• assess needs and offer product and styling recommendations
• contribute to individual and store sales goals
• identify cross-selling opportunities
• maintain an organized sales floor
• assist with merchandising, replenishment, fitting room needs, stocking, inventory organization, and backroom tasks
• follow store procedures and collaborate with teammates.
